Even though Villa Konak is a bed-breakfast, it is famous with its traditional Turkish cuisine. When requested, the guest can taste different all kinds of Turkish dishes either by having
them specially prepared by the owners. Generally, Mr. and Mrs. Enderin prepare dinner from selected Turkish cuisine every Tuesday and Friday
(for a minimum of 10 guests) since the local vegetable market is held in town on these days.
Cooking is a passion and a hobby for the owners, Kaya and Turkan Enderin. They organize cooking classes for small groups by using the ingredients of Aegean
region like fresh vegetables, fish, organic meat always cooked with famous local virgin olive oil. Please contact the hotel in advance to arrange the cooking classes.
Traditionally served Turkish breakfast includes homemade marmalades and jam made from local grown fruits by Mrs. Enderin.
Every day, 5 o'clock tea is served to all guests with special Turkish style homemade cookies made by Mrs. Enderin.
On certain days of the week, a bakery chef demonstrates how Turkish traditional bread and pita are baked in traditional
wood oven and is served to guests for tasting
